After opening night, the park opens at 4pm every day. It closes at midnight from Sunday to Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday, Saturday and public holidays it stays open until 1am.

Prices have not changed from last season. Both prices include 5% VAT:

- Any Day ticket – AED 30: valid once on any day, including Friday to Sunday and public holidays.
Children under 3 and visitors aged 65 and over get in free. People of Determination and one companion also get in free. Bring valid ID to show at the gate.

What’s new at Global Village Season 31?
Tokyo Rush roller coaster
The biggest new ride is Tokyo Rush, a coaster with tight turns and a loop. It isn’t running yet. Global Village says it will open later in the season, but there’s no date so far.
Three new shows
About 40,000 shows are planned this season. Three are new: Bank Heist, an acrobatic robbery story; Bollywood Idol, a music-and-dance tale of two brothers; and the stunt sequel Fast Live 2: The Police Strike Back. Slam is back, and Care Bears and PJ Masks characters return to the Kids Theatre.
A passport for kids
There’s a new Kids Passport and a redesigned Season 31 passport. Every pavilion has a stamping station, so children can collect stamps as they go round.
New places to eat
The park has more than 250 food and drink options. New this year are Trabzon Turkish Restaurant, Robo Al Sham, Hawawshi Al Rabie and Chicking. The new cafés are Vinci Dolci, Emir Bey Gourmet and Uzungol Café.
Smaller upgrades
The Festival Wheel has new carts. A WhatsApp chatbot answers visitor questions. There are more ticket counters at the Happiness Gate, more Family POD washrooms and self-service machines to pay for VIP parking.
What’s coming back?
Carnaval has more than 200 rides and games. Old favourites return too: Exo Planet City, Secrets of the Lost City, The Horror Hotel and Dragon Kingdom. There are more than 3,500 shops across the pavilions.
Dates to know this season
- Tuesday 3 November 2026: UAE Flag Day celebration on the Main Stage at 8pm.
- Friday 6 to Tuesday 10 November 2026: Five days of Diwali, including a Diwali mela and a musical baithak on the Main Stage on 6 November.
- Sunday 8 November 2026, 8pm: A 600-drone Diwali show over the Stunt Arena and Syria Pavilion. It’s included in your normal entry ticket.
How do you get to Global Village?
By bus
For Season 31, RTA runs four bus routes straight to the park:
- Route 102: from Al Rashidiya Bus Station, every 60 minutes
- Route 103: from Union Bus Station, every 40 minutes
- Route 104: from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station, every 60 minutes
- Route 106: from Mall of the Emirates Bus Station, every 60 minutes
Pay with your Nol card. Check the last bus back in the S’hail app before you set off, because the buses don’t run as often as the Metro.
By car or taxi
Global Village is on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). There are large free car parks. There are also paid VIP spaces nearer the entrance, and you can pay for those at the new self-service machines.
Inside the park
RTA’s two electric abras are back on the lake. They give you a slow, scenic trip round the waterfront pavilions.
Tips for a better visit
- Go Monday to Thursday if you can. It’s AED 5 cheaper and much quieter.
- Arrive soon after 4pm to see the pavilions in daylight and then stay for the lights after sunset.
- Bring a light jacket from December onwards. Evenings in the open air can feel cool.
- Download the app first. You can buy tickets in it and check show times before you leave home.
- Wear comfortable shoes. With 29 pavilions and Carnaval to cover, you’ll walk a lot.
