What is a Michelin Bib Gourmand?

It is Michelin’s award for good-value cooking. A Bib is not a star; it simply means inspectors think the food is excellent for what you pay. In Dubai, that usually means relaxed neighbourhood spots rather than hotel dining rooms.

Many are in Jumeirah, Al Wasl, JLT and Dubai Hills, and several take walk-ins only, so go early.
